I have a million things to do!” Trust me, I get it. As a recovering workaholic, I understand how difficult it can be. If you already don’t have enough hours in the day to clear your to-do list, a bath ritual for self-love (no matter how indulgent it is) is just one more thing you need to tick off.
The good thing is that you can choose how long your ritual will take. It can be over an hour or only a few minutes. The important thing is to take the time to focus only on yourself.
I personally take at least an hour, primarily because I combine my bath ritual with meditation and/or a Reiki self-treatment healing session.

- Take a few more deep breaths and ground yourself in the present moment, feeling your feet firmly on the ground.
- Close the ritual with a mantra, prayer, or affirmation that resonates with you and supports your self-love practice. I often invoke the Archangels in my rituals, so I send them a quick prayer to thank them for their help.
