I once said that I take advantage of what little time I have in order to practice self-care or make sure I do something that nurtures my own sense of self-worth.
This doesn’t need to take a lot of time and, given the right tool, can take no more than a few minutes.
Music, in my experience, is a powerful motivator and can really help when your emotions are running low or when you’re stressed beyond belief.
