Ingredients
1 salmon fillet
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs sesame seeds
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups mixed salad leaves
2 radishes, sliced thinly
- Dressing
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lime juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cut the salmon into 3 cm cubes then drizzle with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with the remaining olive oil. Add the salmon and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the heat.
- Wash and dry the salad leaves and radish, and add them to a bowl. Add the salmon.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together in a salad dressing bottle then pour over the salad. Enjoy immediately.
